Rohrman Automotive Group in Indiana is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact between guests and our technicians. You will manage the full service experience from write-up to delivery, build relationships, set accurate expectations, and ensure every repair order is handled with professionalism and care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to read repair orders and vehicle history.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with customers face-to-face and by phone.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders, vehicle history, and manufacturer service recommendations.
• Organized and able to manage multiple open repair orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally; gather vehicle information and document concerns.
• Inspect vehicles, review service history, and recommend maintenance or repairs.
• Provide complete written cost estimates for labor and parts; communicate timelines and obtain authorization.
• Monitor repair progress and inform customers of changes in status or cost.
• Review completed repair orders and explain work and charges at delivery.
• Handle inbound phone inquiries for appointments and updates.
• Maintain high CSI by delivering a transparent, friendly service experience.
