Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read repair orders and vehicle history.
• Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and document concerns.
• Inspect vehicles, review service history, and recommend maintenance.
• Provide written cost estimates and obtain authorization.
• Monitor progress and update customers on changes.
• Explain completed work and charges at delivery.
• Handle inbound calls for appointments and updates.
• Maintain high CSI through transparent, friendly service.
