Job summary

Stryker in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to work with hospital accounts and the field sales team to grow the Upper Extremities business in the assigned territory.

You will learn the medical device industry through hands-on product training, attend surgeries, educate clinicians, and help manage inventory, POS, and customer relationships to meet quotas—all while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher as a baseline education.
• Associate's degree or medical certification plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and support territory growth.
• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available and educate surgeons on usage.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, functionality, and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop customer relationships in the territory.
• Process customer purchase orders and assist with inventory management and scheduling.
