Stryker in Annapolis, MD seeks an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to learn the medical device industry alongside Sales Representatives and help grow the Upper Extremities business across the assigned territory. You will attend surgeries, ensure product availability, and educate surgeons on features and usage.

As you advance, you’ll identify sales opportunities, support inventory needs, and process POs while differentiating Stryker’s offerings from competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; alternative education options accepted as listed.
• Associate degree or medical certification with related experience preferred.
• High school diploma with substantial related work experience considered.
• Four+ years of active duty military service can satisfy experience requirements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the Upper Extremities business and grow the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use and functionality.
• Educate clinicians on product use, maintenance, updates and portfolio changes.
• Identify sales opportunities, deliver strong customer service, and expand relationships.
• Assist in inventory management, build sets, and process Customer Purchase Orders.
• Differentiate Stryker products from competitors and stay current on industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with AdvaMed, laws, and company policies in daily activities.
