Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking a Game Engine Development & Optimization Engineer to push Unreal Engine 5 based workflows, optimize engine subsystems, and improve tooling and automation. You will work on rendering, physics, and asset processing while applying AI-assisted development techniques to boost productivity.

The role emphasizes low‑level performance analysis, cross‑platform engine work, and building reliable tooling and documentation for the engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5 or other commercial game engines.
• Strong understanding of game engine architecture, runtime systems, and workflows.
• Experience debugging, modifying, or extending game engine C++ code.
• Familiarity with profiling and debugging tools for game engines.
• Proficient in modern C++, memory management, multithreading, data structures, and algorithms.
• Knowledge of low-level software systems and performance optimization.
• Experience identifying and resolving CPU, memory, or multithreading bottlenecks.
• Ability to investigate complex technical issues and deliver robust solutions.
• Experience with computer graphics concepts: geometry processing, rendering, and physics.
• Experience using AI coding tools and integrating AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize game engine systems using Unreal Engine 5.
• Profile CPU, memory, multithreading, and optimize engine subsystems.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to improve development workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate coding, testing, and maintenance.
