Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks a CBHC Clinician A Unlicensed to join its Community Behavioral Health Center Outpatient Services in Western Massachusetts. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, delivering individual and group therapies, and coordinating care across multiple settings while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field is required.
• Active pursuit of an eligible behavioral health license as per payer/regulatory requirements is expected.
• Experience or training with co-occurring mental health and substance-use disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to perform comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine level of care.
• Provide short-term, solution-focused interventions and individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based frameworks.
• Conduct risk and safety evaluations and take action to ensure safety of individuals served.
• Coordinate with Access Navigators, care team members, family, guardians, and community partners for integrated treatment.
• Document progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and updates within established timelines.
• Provide services across CBHC locations, homes, schools, and telehealth platforms.
