Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a licensed clinician to join the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Outpatient Services team in Worcester, Massachusetts. You will perform comprehensive behavioral health assessments and provide evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering culturally responsive care across multiple settings,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field required.
• Active license or eligibility to obtain license in accordance with payer/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate level of care using evidence-based tools.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Complete risk and safety evaluations and take appropriate action.
• Coordinate with care team, families, and community partners to support integrated care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and thorough clinical documentation within timelines.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education.
