Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a CBHC Clinician A to join our CBHC Outpatient Services in the Worcester area. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based behavioral health care to adults and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field.
• Current independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC).
• Experience or training with co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and treatment planning.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine level of care.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Complete risk and safety evaluations.
• Coordinate with Access Navigators and care teams.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and assessments.
• Manage caseload and schedule to meet program goals.
• Provide services across CBHC locations and telehealth.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and licensure.
