Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Worcester, MA is seeking a CBHC Clinician A Unlicensed to join our CBHC Outpatient Services team. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to perform comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based short- and long-term therapy across settings.

You will maintain documentation, complete risk evaluations, and coordinate with Access Navigators and care teams to support integrated care while protecting patient confidentiality and complying with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a licensed behavioral health field or equivalent.
• Active progress toward eligible behavioral health licensure as required by payer/regulatory standards.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders or willingness to develop expertise.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to complete behavioral health assessments and determine level of care using evidence-based tools.
• Provide short-term and ongoing therapy using BHN-approved frameworks.
• Conduct risk and safety evaluations and take appropriate action.
• Coordinate with Access Navigators and care team members to support integrated treatment.
• Maintain progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans within established timelines.
• Deliver services across CBHC locations, homes, schools, and telehealth platforms.
