Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking an Outpatient Clinician to join the VHS team in the school system in Western Massachusetts. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based outpatient therapy to students and families, with a hybrid schedule combining in-person school visits and telehealth.

You will conduct assessments, provide individual/family/group therapy, develop treatment plans, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field is required.
• Licensure: licensed or actively pursuing LICSW/LMHC preferred.
• Experience or strong interest in working with mental health and/or substance use needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with assessed needs and program standards
• Coordinate care with internal teams, families, and external providers
• Facilitate referrals to additional services
• Complete timely clinical documentation in compliance with standards
• Maintain productivity and address barriers to service delivery
• Provide services across clinic, community, and telehealth
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development
