Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (BHN) seeks a FFS Clinician Licensed to join our CBHC Outpatient Services team in Western Massachusetts.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, provide evidence-based therapy, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary partners to support recovery and safety. Ideal candidates hold a master’s in behavioral health, maintain licensure eligibility, and can work across multiple settings including telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a licensed behavioral health field is required.
• License eligibility or active licensure is required per payer and regulatory requirements.
• Experience or training with co-occurring mental health and substance-use disorders is preferred or desired.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment, psychotherapy, treatment planning, risk evaluation, and level-of-care decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine level of care.
• Provide short-term and solution-focused interventions and deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Complete risk and safety evaluations and take action to support safety.
• Coordinate with Access Navigators, care team members, families, guardians, and providers to support integrated treatment.
• Maintain appropriate caseloads and documentation within deadlines.
• Provide services across CBHC locations, homes, schools, healthcare settings, and telehealth as needed.
