• Mentor and develop recruiters to align with hiring standards and goals.
• Allocate resources, prioritize hiring, and streamline workflows for productivity and candidate experience.
• Review recruitment analytics to refine strategies and drive results.
• Advise executives on workforce planning and strategic recommendations.
