You’ll advise managers on hiring approaches, compensation benchmarks, and employer branding, while using data and modern recruiting tools to improve outcomes and demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate or agency recruiting, engineering/construction focus.
• Deep understanding of engineering and construction staffing challenges.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting platforms.
• Organizational and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and business objectives.
• Advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Ensure timely communication and exceptional candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers balancing candidate expectations and company goals.
• Develop talent pipelines via networking and passive candidates.
• Leverage social media, niche boards and events to attract diverse talent.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report ROI to stakeholders.
• Stay current with TA trends and implement innovative tools.
• Champion employer branding as an employer of choice.
