Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate or agency recruiting, ideally focused on Engineering or Construction.
• Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sector and its staffing challenges.
• Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
• Consult managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, guiding candidates through process.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
