Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate or agency recruiting focused on Engineering or Construction.
• Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sector and its staffing challenges.
• Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.
• Familiar with ATS systems and modern recruiting platforms.
• Organized, adaptable, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term objectives.
• Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to shape hiring strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviewing and guiding candidates through process.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
• Negotiate offers balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals to secure top talent.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking and referrals.
• Leverage sourcing strategies including social media, niche boards, and events to attract diverse talent.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and ROI for stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends and incorporate new tools and methods.
• Champion employer branding to position the organization as an employer of choice.
