Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Advise managers on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely updates.
• Develop talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report ROI to stakeholders.
