Oatey is seeking a University Relations Program Manager to lead strategy, design, and execution of early talent initiatives. You will partner with HR and site leaders to build a diverse, high-quality intern and entry-level pipeline and to manage the full intern experience from recruitment through conversion to full-time roles.

You will benchmark programs externally, translate insights into actionable improvements, and drive a structured learning path with DEI content, soft skills, and career

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with university relations, internships, and employer branding.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and CRMs.

Mansioni

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for early career, intern, and entry-level programs.
• Partner with HR and leaders to forecast hiring needs and align early talent strategies.
• Develop data-driven dashboards, metrics and ROI analysis for university recruiting and internships.
• Facilitate hiring manager training and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Maintain and leverage the Oatey Intern Alumni network and communications.
