Job summary

Oatey Company is seeking a Project Manager, Human Resources to lead high-priority HR initiatives from concept through implementation. You will work with the CHRO to advance DEI, align stakeholders, manage risks, and measure outcomes across Talent, Culture and Associate Experience.

The role requires strong PM skills, change management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, project management, organizational effectiveness, or similar fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with HR data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional HR projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk tracking, and status updates.
• Collaborate with CHRO to advance DEI strategy and initiatives.
• Coordinate DEI across talent, learning, culture, and associate experience.
