Owens & Minor is seeking a Manager, University Recruiting to design, implement and run the organization's early career talent strategy, with a focus on internship and new graduate hiring programs.

The role leads campus partnerships, university engagement, internship programs, and entry-level pipelines, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, HR and university partners to attract and develop emerging talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Higher Education, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or university recruiting.
• Experience leading internship or rotational programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategy aligned to workforce needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities and student orgs.
• Coordinate campus events and virtual recruiting activities.
• Partner with leaders to identify future hiring needs and pipelines.
• Maintain campus recruiting calendar and manage activities.
• Evaluate outcomes and improve program effectiveness.
• Track intern performance and conversions.
• Coordinate end-to-end internship experience.
• Support intern onboarding and engagement.
