Job summary

Integrity, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks an University Relations Lead to design and execute enterprise strategies for attracting and hiring emerging talent. You will lead university relations, internship recruiting, and New-to-Careers hiring initiatives, coordinating with educational institutions and workforce partners.

You will build sustainable talent pipelines, partner with business leaders and HR, and drive exceptional candidate experiences across internship and early-career programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting early-career, university, or high-volume hiring initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience managing university recruiting, internship, or emerging talent programs.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining strategic relationships with universities, community organizations, and workforce development partners.
• Experience planning and executing recruiting events, career fairs, networking programs, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Strong consultative, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Experience leveraging applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide university recruiting and early-career talent strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and workforce programs.
• Identify target schools and talent sources to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Represent Integrity at career fairs, campus events, and conferences.
• Develop campus engagement plans, recruiting calendars, and hiring strategies for internships and New-to-Careers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and People & Culture to strengthen employer brand.
