Oatey is seeking a Program Manager for University Relations in Cleveland, OH. You will lead the strategy and execution of early-talent programs, including internships, onboarding, and conversion to full-time roles, across sites.

You’ll build campus partnerships, manage recruiting and branding initiatives, and measure success with data dashboards and ROI analyses, shaping Oatey’s competitive pipeline for the next generation of professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with university relations, intern programs, and employer branding.
• Strong data-driven forecasting and ROI analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for early talent, interns, and entry-level programs.
• Forecast hiring needs with business leaders and align strategies.
• Develop data-driven dashboards and ROI metrics for programs.
• Plan campus recruiting activities and manage extern partnerships.
• Represent Oatey in workforce development initiatives.
