Job summary

Oatey seeks a University Relations Program Manager to lead strategy, design, and execution of early talent programs. This role partners across HR and business leaders to attract, engage, and retain a diverse, high-quality pipeline of interns and entry-level hires.

You will own the intern experience end to end, benchmark programs against peers, manage budgets and tools, and elevate Oatey’s employer brand through campus partnerships, communications, and development of a structured learning path.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
• Experience with university relations and employer branding
• Strong data-driven recruitment metrics and dashboards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for early career programs (interns, entry-level)
• Forecast hiring needs with HR and site leaders
• Develop dashboards and ROI analyses for internship programs
• Coordinate campus recruiting events and partnerships
• Embed Campus Ambassadors program and alumni network
• Manage program budgets and timelines
