Responsabilités

• Source and engage external candidates for specialized profiles.
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a high volume of requisitions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process; track decisions and acceptances.
