Job summary

Persona AI, Inc. is hiring an Associate Recruiter, University Hiring in Houston, onsite. You will own campus internship programs end-to-end and manage intern and new-grad recruiting across multiple disciplines.

This hybrid role also handles interview scheduling for the recruiting team and keeps processes moving across technical and corporate searches. You will partner with the Head of Talent and shape early-career recruiting programs while ensuring a warm candidate experience and data accuracy

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, university relations, recruiting coordination, or a closely related role.
• Experience in an in-house recruiting team is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with campus or early-career recruiting, such as running career fairs or building school relationships.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through to manage a busy interview calendar and program pipeline.
• Comfort managing calendars across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and production shifts, with good judgment.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication with students, faculty, candidates, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Persona's internship program end to end, from headcount planning through offer and onboarding.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for interns and new-grad roles across engineering, robotics, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain a target school strategy with career centers, faculties, and student orgs.
• Source standout students via robotics teams, hackathons, and student projects.
• Plan and represent Persona at career fairs, info sessions, and conferences on campus and at Houston facility.
• Screen candidates for technical fundamentals and hands-on project experience.
• Design intern experience with onboarding, events, mentorship, and final showcases.
• Track program results to improve cohorts.
