Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner for Early Careers to lead intern and new graduate recruiting across ATX, SATX, and HOU. You will partner with division leadership, HRBP, and hiring managers to build campus pipelines, coordinate events, and guide candidates through the process.

You’ll manage engagement between events and offers, advise on interviewing early talent, and help deliver compelling internship programs that convert to full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; campus recruiting helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong communication skills.
• Experience with campus recruiting, internships, or high-volume events is a plus.
• Interest in developing early-career talent and ability to manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Lead intern, co-op, and new graduate recruiting across divisions and coordinate events.
• Maintain pipeline, candidate records, and engagement year-round with managers.
• Partner with HR and division leaders to shape campus recruiting plans and events.
• Guide interview processes, onboarding, and internship experiences.
