Job summary

Persona is seeking an Associate Recruiter, University Hiring to own internship programs and university partnerships in Houston. You will lead end-to-end intern recruiting across engineering and corporate teams, build school relationships, and ensure a strong candidate experience from scheduling to onboarding.

The role also covers interview scheduling and calendar management across multiple teams, with a clear path to grow into full-cycle early-career and technical recruiting as the program

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or university relations.
• Experience in campus or early-career recruitment; running career fairs and internships.
• Exceptional organization to manage a busy interview calendar and pipelines.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication with students, faculty, candidates, and hiring teams.
• Willingness to travel periodically for campus events and conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Persona’s internship program end to end, from planning to onboarding and conversion.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for intern and new-grad roles across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and maintain target school relationships with career centers and faculty.
• Represent Persona at career fairs, info sessions, and conferences, on campus and at Houston facility.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across technical, manufacturing, and corporate searches.
• Track program results and use insights to improve each cohort.
