Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a University Recruiter for a high-volume, fast-paced environment supporting university-focused hiring. You will source, engage, and interview candidates, manage the full recruiting process from requisition to offer, and ensure an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.

The role emphasizes partnering with hiring managers, coordinating interviewing, and reporting on recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience as a recruiting coordinator or in talent acquisition support.
Familiarity with university or campus recruiting programs and peak hiring cycles.
Experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics such as offers per month and candidates per requisition.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across a large number of requisitions.

Responsibilities

Source and attract external candidates for high-volume requisitions.
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a large number of roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers from requisition opening through offer acceptance.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide timely updates.
Extend offers and manage the offer process.
Conduct reference checks and other pre-employment verifications.
Support onboarding activities and coordinate orientation.
Perform exit interviews and process changes as needed.
Track requisition activity and KPIs across cycles.
Escalate issues to supervisor and partner with recruiting team during peak cycles.
