Aston Carter seeks a Recruiter II to drive high-volume hiring across multiple sites, manage full life cycle recruiting, and deliver data-driven updates. This onsite role focuses on project management within talent acquisition and requires offer-closing experience.

You will leverage AI tools and report on recruiting metrics, coordinating initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to align staffing with business needs in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in full life cycle recruiting, including closing candidates in a high-volume environment.
• Strong project management skills within a talent acquisition or recruitment setting.
• Ability to provide clear, concise business updates, with strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency working with data, including interpreting metrics and using data to inform decisions and reporting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools or solutions in recruiting or related business processes.
• Proven ability to manage a large requisition load and support many sites simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree

Aufgaben

• Manage full life cycle recruiting processes, including intake, candidate management, interviewing, and closing candidates across a high volume of requisitions.
• Handle requisition management for approximately 4050 sites at a time, ensuring timely progress and consistent follow-through on all open roles.
• Report regularly on recruiting metrics and business performance, providing clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders.
• Use data to track pipeline health, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
• Coordinate and execute project management activities within talent acquisition, including planning, organizing, and tracking recruiting initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver written business updates, status reports, and summaries that clearly communicate hiring progress and challenges.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance recruiting processes, such as improving candidate screening, reporting, or workflow automation.
• Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment between business priorities and recruiting activities.
• Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, such as implementing new AI functions or reporting practices related to recruiting metrics and business performance.
