Sodexo is hiring a Cook for Eastern University. The role involves preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold items across meal periods and events. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring quality, safety, and sanitation while maintaining a clean workstation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience. Shifts are weekends with afternoon/evening hours, and the position offers full-time benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read recipes and follow product directions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold items per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and quality in all food products.
• Follow recipes and product directions for soups, meats, vegetables and desserts.
• Participate in teamwork and adapt to account requirements.
