• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome at First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency per policy.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch operations.
• Open accounts and perform basic banking activities.
• Identify growth opportunities and refer to appropriate business lines.
