Job summary

Responsibilities include handling deposits and withdrawals, opening accounts, balancing cash drawers, complying with policies, and supporting promotions and community events. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Successfully completes required compliance training to handle accounts.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Abides by company service standards, greeting customers and making them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Proficiently service customers by processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Open accounts including but not limited to checking, savings, safe deposit box, basic business accounts, etc.
• Promote banking products and educate customers on alternatives such as ATM, Online, and Mobile Banking.
