First Mid Bank & Trust in Forsyth, IL is seeking a full-time Universal Banker/Teller I to handle standard banking transactions, assist customers, and open new accounts. You will balance a cash drawer daily, follow bank policies, and support sales goals through cross-selling of products and services.

You will participate in compliance training and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package within the Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Successfully completes required compliance and First Mid training curriculum.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing and other transactions.
• Open accounts and maintain a cash drawer with daily balancing.
• Develop relationships with customers and cross-sell products.
