Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Successful completion of required compliance and First Mid training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall satisfaction.
• Abide by service standards and welcome customers to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Service customers by processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Open accounts including checking and savings and other basic business accounts.
