Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Successfully completes required compliance and training

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service by resolving customer needs promptly and accurately.
• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment at First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process transactions with accuracy within policy guidelines.
• Balance cash drawer and perform daily branch duties.
• Open accounts and perform changes as requested by customers.
• Adhere to bank compliance, security, and operational policies.
