Job summary

FirstBank is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver service excellence by accurately processing transactions and discovering customer needs. You will promote bank products and services through guided needs discovery and referrals to bank partners.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with account inquiries, supporting Teller and Teller Manager duties, and building relationships to meet branch targets. A high school diploma is required and one year of bank experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience, bank experience preferred.
• Notary is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide guidance when recommending bank products and services.
• Assist customers with transactional needs including inquiries about balances, history, charges, and rates.
• Support Financial Center Manager operations in Teller or Teller Manager duties as needed.
• Build relationships with community and consumer clients to achieve targets for new accounts and teller operations.
• Deliver FirstBank service consistently and professionally.
• Adhere to laws, internal controls, procedures, and security protocols.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
