The role requires 1–3 years in a financial or retail setting, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. On-site, benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a financial branch environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a financial branch environment or equivalent in retail sales.
• Experience with loan applications and internal operating policies.
• Ability to communicate with members at all levels and pass background checks.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional member service in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Open consumer and business membership accounts and assist with maintenance.
• Process consumer loan applications and related documentation.
• Balance and process transactions; maintain accurate records and audits.
• Support onboarding and training for new Universal Bankers.
• Assist with branch goals, referrals, and community engagement.
