As a resource for peers, you will mentor staff, assist with onboarding, reinforce service standards, and participate in sales and relationship-building activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a financial branch environment or similar in financial services or retail.
• Ability to communicate with members at all levels, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service and build relationships.
• Open consumer and business accounts; assist with deposits and lending.
• Process transactions, maintain balancing records, and support branch operations.
