Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years in a financial branch environment or similar sales/financial setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service in person, by phone, and online.
• Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate products.
• Open consumer and business membership accounts and support maintenance and service requests.
• Process consumer loan applications and related documentation.
• Promote Credit Union products and services through referrals and education.
• Support branch service goals and maintain accurate records and balances.
