Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a financial branch environment or retail sales.
• Ability to communicate with members at all levels, in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of loan applications and internal policies is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service in person, by phone, and online.
• Open consumer and business membership accounts and support deposits/loans.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Provide peer mentorship and support for branch staff.
• Promote Credit Union products and services through referrals.
