Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience, educate customers on digital banking, and support sales through outbound outreach. The role requires basic banking knowledge, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied hours.

You will work in a branch setting, handle transactions, and participate in IRM initiatives while supporting team goals and staying compliant with policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product knowledge and attend training sessions and meetings.
• Follow internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
