Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Nationwide mortgage licensing (NMLS) knowledge or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and grow market share in the communities served.
• Cross-sell products and services with branch management and partners.
• Engage in outbound calls, onboarding, and follow-up while recording contacts in the bank system.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building personal connections and understanding financial needs.
• Perform universal banking functions including sales and teller duties, in accordance with policies.
