Job summary

WaterStone Bank is seeking a Universal Banker I in Oak Creek, WI. This role combines teller duty with platform sales, delivering excellent service while opening and maintaining deposit accounts and cross-selling products. Training and certification will be completed within 18 months of hire.

The Universal Banker I will build relationships, perform routine banking transactions, and work toward meeting sales and service goals in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• 2–4 years customer service experience.
• 2–4 years of sales and customer service experience in branch banking.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer transactions with integrity and accuracy, in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Offer bank products to customers and prospects using the established sales process, including opening and closing accounts.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and refer to Residential Lending, Business Banking, and other lines of business when appropriate.
