Starting hourly wage is $19.50 and up, depending on experience. The position requires completion of Banker Certification within 18 months and supports development toward Universal Banker II with training and performance milestones.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience required.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience required.
• 2-4 years of sales and customer service experience in branch banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Offer bank products to customers and prospects using approved sales process.
• Open, maintain, and close deposit accounts and services.
• Identify and deepen customer relationships; refer to other lines of business as needed.
• Engage in proactive sales and cross-sell activities and follow up with customers.
