What you will be doing in the Universal Banker position...Under direct supervision of an Assistant Branch Manager or Community President, this position is responsible for assisting customers in a dual role (40% Platform/60% Teller) focused on delivering outstanding service with every customer interaction. The Universal Banker I will perform teller transactions, service existing customers, and offer product and service solutions to existing customers or prospects when appropriate and beneficial. The Universal Banker I is responsible for completing all training, passing Banker Certification within 18 months of hire/promotion date and demonstrate their ability to meet/exceed customer and job expectations prior to progressing to Universal Banker II.
