• Open/close a variety of deposit accounts for retail and business clients.
• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, electronic banking, loans, and more.
• Serve as primary contact to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proactively engage customers to uncover financial needs and grow relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to increase product usage and revenue.
• Meet and exceed growth and sales expectations.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in processing teller transactions.
• Open/close the retail branch and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Adhere to policies and regulations and complete daily tasks with precision.
• Support other branches and document procedures as needed.
• Answer inquiries and assist customers to ensure smooth branch operation.
• Contribute to branch success by managing vendor relationships.
