Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred.
• Background/credit check required as part of the employment process.
• Compliance with SAFER Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs through conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns and solicit feedback.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
