Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times.
• Open checking and savings accounts and other deposit services.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls during campaigns to generate new business.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
• Resolve client inquiries on account status and deliver excellent service.
• Attend sales, service, and product knowledge meetings and training.
