Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide teller and platform support to keep client wait times to a minimum and ensure quality customer service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts (savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, including campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
