Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain awareness of compliance with bank regulations and internal controls.
