Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage clients with digital banking options.
• Cross-sell financial services and assist with new accounts and teleconsulting.
• Process transactions, balance cash, open/close vaults, and support ATM functions.
• Identify high-value clients and support branch sales goals with referrals.
